Delaware Rising will play for its second Northern Ohio Soccer League (NOSL) Championship on Saturday evening, traveling to Ashland, Ohio to take on Susserfuss-Ballverein after punching its ticket to the title match with a commanding 5-1 semifinal victory over Ohio City SC.
The win marked Rising’s eighth victory of the season and sets up a rematch with a Susserfuss side eager for revenge after Delaware claimed a 3-1 victory in the clubs’ regular-season meeting on May 24.
